I have been going to Lisa Franklin for over 9 years and totally love this place. The team of skin specialists always take the best care of me and my skin. My skin has never been better since I started using Lisa’s products and follow all the advice with my skin routine. The clinic is a haven of lovely positive energy and beautiful surroundings that everyone needs to know about! It’s amazing to have such a lovely skin clinic in the heart of Knightsbridge.

Exceptional Experience with Skincare Expert Anna! I visited this skin clinic in February 2023 for a byonik facial, and the results were truly amazing! Recently, I returned for a repair renewal treatment due to a bad reaction to some products (that I bought outside of Lisa Franklin of course). Fortunately, I had the pleasure of being under the care of Anna once again. Her extensive knowledge about skin and health, coupled with her kindness and sweetness, made me feel incredibly comfortable. Despite dealing with a skin issue, I never felt judged or uncomfortable. Anna's considerate approach and valuable advice have convinced me to return for a full course. My skin is genuinely feeling fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience!

I visited Lisa Franklin in September with my Mum who had used her products since lockdown and loved them! I hadn’t visited for 2 years due to Covid and location being far from home. When we visited we were greeted with such warm welcome by Lisa herself. The facials were absolutely amazing, Nicole was fabulous with me, very knowledgeable and was perceptive to my cues when I wanted to relax. The product recommendations were spot on, never felt like a hard sell. I was recommended the Byonik treatment for acne which Nicole kindly emailed clinics located near to where I live. I found this a really nice touch, I have since had 4 treatments and my skin is now improving due to this pulse trigged laser! My skin felt really glowy afterwards, the new machines that are used in the 90 minute facials are really impressive, yet non invasive and very relaxing. The manual extractions really helped too- really nice to incorporate some traditional methods. We both felt they had gone above and beyond looking after us at Lisa Frankin. We had some lovely herbal tea to help rehydrate after our lovely facials! Thank you so much, Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Lisa Franklin since 2018, I can honestly say that they saved my skin, and I feel better and better with my skin each year. the space is so calming, the ladies working there are always super helpful and professional. they offer great skin treatment advise, always cater specifically to ones needs. the products that Lisa created over the years are just heavenly. you are definitely in good hands when you go to Lisa Franklin. highly recommended 👍🏻

I found this clinic through a recommendation from a friend and this place did not disappoint! I had the best experience here with tailored products used for my skin type. I had the repair, recover and renew facial which has completely transformed my skin after one visit and left with glowing and radiant skin. I can’t wait to come back for my next appointment.
